Wer kann mir ein paar Infos zum Kauf einer 82er
Corvette geben? Auf was sollte man achten?
Was kostet es das Fahrzeug mit PE-Buchsen zu
versehen? Mit welchen monatlichen Kosten, außer
Steuer und Vers. sollte man kalkulieren?

Hallo,
schau doch mal etwas weiter unten unter "Hilfe für C3 Neuling". Da werden eigentlich alle Deine Fragen beantwortet. Prinzipiell gilt das dort für die '69er ausgeführte auch für eine '82er. Die Ersatzteile sind vielleicht teilweise etwas günstiger.
Ansonsten: Ruhig fragen, dafür sind wir da!

An einer 82er ist außer dem was auf alle C3 zutrifft noch die Crossfire Injection erwähnenswert. Die ist als nicht besonders zuverlässig bekannt. Den Preis für PU-Buchsen habe ich grad nicht im Kopf.... könnte aber so um 400€ für ein Front-End-Kit liegen.
Ich würde, solange die Buchsen noch ok sind, auch keinen Umbau vornehmen.

. ich warte schon seit mindestens 5 Minuten auf Deinen Beitrag ... 
Der Grüne Martin ist übrigens ganz zufrieden mit seiner '82er und das auch, weil dank der Crossfire der Verbrauch niedriger ist und sie einen Kat hat!
Ich selbst ziehe natürlich die Chrom-Modelle vor, aber das ist Geschmacks- und Geldfrage.

.....man nennt sie auch die Can´t Fire Injection.....
Vom Verbrauch her zwar ein Fortschritt, ebenso wurde im Bereich Hinterachse wurde ab 81 das Gewicht reduziert. (Vorsicht: Wenig Ersatzteile!)
Allerdings ist mir Elektronik im Auto unheimlich (zumindest im alten Auto- mer waas nieee was kabutt is...) und davon hat die 82er eben schon einiges: Getriebesteuergerät, Einspritzanlage ECM, Abgassonden - neumodischer M*st!!!!
Aber: jeder wie er es möchte! Viel Spaß damit!

da ja anscheinend alle der Meinung sind, dass die Einspritzanlage oft ärger macht, dürfte das für Dich interessant sein.

Hello,
The Cross-Fire Injection system is VERY reliable!
It's actually a pretty simple system and if the car is fresh and the system unhacked (no cut wires, no bypassed ECM RAM and other tricks of concealment) you should be a very happy camper with it.
I've tinkered with enough CFI systems to say that I have never seen one that couldn't be fixed fairly easy or cheap.
The performance is not that bad at all, it has more power than most base engines of the previous years! Also, it's a torque engine and therefore excellent for in tow, especially in combination w/ the short 1st gear on the 700R4. An additional plus is that the 700 gives good cruising on the highway w/ it's overdrive.
Also, the aluminium differential w/ a one piece carrier & lid is used from 1980 - 1982 and it was carried over in the C4 in a modified version. The C4 Dana36&44 carriers fit the 80-82 frame! (the carriers & cases can't be switched! the positioning of the tokes and therefore the depth of the lid is different, bolt patter on the 80-82 Dana 44 is the same as the C4 one but as said incompatible because of ring gear!)
