Eccoci tornati da Cortina felici, ma anche accompagnati da un velo di tristezza……
Cari Amici, come abbiamo annunciato, questo è stato l’ultimo Raduno organizzato da Corvette Club Italia; non ne seguiranno altri.
Dopo vent’ anni di intense soddisfazioni, io, Luigi ed Alessandra, abbiamo deciso di scrivere la parola fine sul diario di Corvette & Camaro Club Italia, anche se la passione e l’amore per questo mondo non svaniranno mai.
Le amicizie, le emozioni, i ricordi e i sentimenti che ci hanno accompagnati per tutto questo tempo sono e saranno parte integrante della nostra vita: li abbiamo riposti nella zona più intima del nostro cuore.
Ce l’abbiamo messa tutta, dando il meglio di noi stessi sempre, anteponendo spesso il bene del Club alla vita privata ed ai nostri affetti.
Abbiamo dato tanto, ma ci avete restituito ancora di più, ripagandoci col vostro affetto e la costante partecipazione, che non sono mai venuti meno.
Un grande grazie quindi a tutti voi, nessuno escluso, italiani e stranieri, siete stati parte integrante e fondamentale del nostro successo.
Lasciatemi fare ora un dovuto ringraziamento a due persone speciali.
Il compagno inseparabile di tutte queste avventure, l’uomo o meglio l’amico col quale ho condiviso tutti questi anni: Luigi, persona eccezionale e gran signore, stimato e benvoluto da tutti.
Alessandra, mia moglie che, rimanendo perlopiù nell’ombra, ha sicuramente contribuito, anzi è stata senza ombra di dubbio, parte determinante del nostro trionfo.

Scrivere la parola “fine” è sempre difficile, per cui potete immaginare quanto sia stata penosa la decisione di chiudere il Club.

We are back from Cortina happy, but also with a veil of sadness ......
Dear Friends, as we announced, this was the last meeting organized by Corvette Club Italia; no others will follow.
After twenty years of intense satisfactions, I, Luigi and Alessandra, decided to write the world end on the Corvette & Camaro Club Italia diary, even if the passion and love for this world will never vanish.
Friendships, emotions, memories and feelings that have accompanied us all this time are and will be an integral part of our lives: we have placed them in the most intimate part of our heart.
We did our best, often putting the Club’s good before our private life and our affections.
We have given so much, but you have given us back even more, repaying us with your affection and constant participation, which have never failed.
A big thank you therefore to all of you, without exception, italians and foreigners people, you have been an integral and fundamental part of our success.
Let me now give thanks at two special people.
The inseparable friend of all these adventures, the man or rather the friend with whom I have shared all these years: Luigi, an exceptional person and a great gentleman, esteemed and loved by all.
Alessandra, my wife who, remaining mostly in the shadows, has certainly contributed, indeed was without a doubt, a decisive part of our triumph.

Writing the word “end” is always difficult, so you can imagine how painful the decision to close the Club was.
