Hallo Friedel,
du hast Recht mit der IDLE STOP SCREW, von der es jeweils eine in jedem Einspritzkörper gibt.
Diese sind identisch mit denen, die ich mit "Minimum Idle Air Screws" bezeichnet habe und die
nur anzufassen sind im Rahmen einer Synchronisation der beiden TBIs und müssen dazu vorher,
falls noch nicht geschehen, freigelegt werden, siehe Auszug SHOP MANUAL.
THROTTLE STOP SCREW PLUG -
REMOVAL - ONLY IF NECESSARY
The throttle stop screw, used for adjustmcnt of
minimum idle speed and throttle synchronization, was set
al the factory. It also was plugged to maintain the selttng
and to discourage unnecessary readjustment. If it is
known that it will be necessary to replace either unit
throttle body, or either TBI assembly, or Ihe manifold
cover, it will also be necessary to remove lhe plug covering
the throttle stop screw on each unit. The removal
procedure is described in the section "Replacing
Manifold Cover. TBI Unit(s). or Throttle Bodies", and
may be done at this time.
