Das spart das Eintragen lassen. Außerdem gilt für die M+S-Trickserei mit dem "Höchstgeschwindigkeits-Bäpperle" eine Übergangsfrist, die hier auch alle paar Wochen thematisiert wird.
Ich habe es nicht gemacht und ich empfehle es auch nicht.
Einen weißen Ring kann man auf jeden Reifen aufbringen lassen, ist aber nicht billig. Ich habe mir seinerzeit auch Speedindex-korrekte (sogar M+S 
) Reifen besorgt und mit weißem Ring ausstatten lassen.
