No space on the base? For me it looks like you an Army Member, on the most bases some car-guys have a garage they work and store the cars.

Theres no indoor storage on post. The governments idea of storage is an open parking lot :/

There are storage garages at Pulaski Barracks.
Go to Pulaski Auto Skills and ask the manager , Mr. Jason Ille. He may help you getting a storage garage.

I do not know about a storage in Baumholder.
Pulaski is not located in Ramstein but in Kaiserslautern. It is part of the Kaiserslautern Army Community.

Maybe go and make an advertise in a local newspaper.
What else you can do is call German Maklers, it´s the expenive way because they take some fee´s but most know where you can rent a garage. MAybe you can also look at Bureau-Buildings they have often a underground garage where you can rent parking lots
