Thank you, I think I will try to follow the route suggested. Will there be snow in the passes as I will be going through the area around the 15th of September.

They say snow can occur from mid of september, so it could be possible.
Usually snow comes in october.

Great video, I think I will have to pick 3 or 4 passes......that much go slow go fast and turning will get me real tired fast.
On my 48 state trip, I went over the continental divide 3 times in one day, 14 mountain ranges and 4 deserts .....out west....the first 8 ranges were fun....the rest work.....I have stock suspension and a 3.70 rear with M-20 wide ratio gear box...
Time is the main problem.....I still need to get to Monaco by the 19th.....if I stay on the suggested route, it may add more time than I have....
This trip is a trail run.....I plan to come back next year for a full summer.....if all goes well with my trailer video....
Thanks for the videos.....and suggestions.....if you had to pick three or 4 passes and still keep me on track heading south....which ones would you pick?

The Grossglockner is to far away from your route, so its out of choice.
You have some options coming from Germany/Austria:
Timmelsjoch (J) then to Merano then Stelvio Pass (H) and Gavia Pass (G).
But this doesn´t really fit to your suggested route with Zurich as target.
So coming from Switzerland i would drive to Torino, an then headding for
Col d Izoard © visit Col Agnel (B) and down to Cime la Bonette (A) from
where you can drive directly to Nice.
Think this takes one day from Torino to Nice.
And if you have a bit extra time you can take the Col du Galibier too this would
mean 100km more.
Google says 378km and 6:31hours from Torino to Nice if you do it that way:

Hallo, ist das Leben gut jetzt, dass ich weiß, ich werde ein Dach über dem Kopf zu haben .... lustig, sollten Sie Deutsch Autos ... meine Mitbewohner als ich jünger war in New York waren englische Sportwagen. A MG B 1968 Gold und 1961 Austin 3000 .... Heally money .. und High School, hatte mein Freund einen 59 3 TR? Ich denke, grün. Es wäre toll, zu sehen .... Oslo in einem Auto von einem norwegischen englischer Sprache mit einer Corvette gehört .... Was für ein Weg, um eine Reise zu beginnen.

Hi, Good news and bad news....The fellow corvette owners in Norway have taken care of my arrival and I am comfortable tonight.
I was taken to the shipping agent today to check on the car and was told that my ship with my car on it will not be in Oslo until the 12th of September.
I am in a bit of a shock as my schedule was already pretty tight. Jet lag has done it job and I need some sleep but wanted to let you know of my situation.
Tomorrow is another day and I will decide how to proceed, in any case I am here till October 29
