Slow and very time-consuming progress has been made.

The rear quarters, splitter and sideskirts are painted and almost ready to be duplicated.

The next step is to spray finisher on the front and front fenders (is it called fenders?)

The right rear quarter is prepared for making the molds. These boards will be used to divide the mold into several pieces.

Front is ready for the finisher. Since the OEM front is very flexible, it is a challenge to make a front in glassfibre that will be easy to mount. This front is only a "plug" or modell and consists of a lot of plaster that does not respond well to bending. This is why we need to keep it on the car during manufacturing.

We have painted the pieces that will be used for molding the castings, these pieces will then be scrapped.

I'm not sure what you call it but these green parts are the molds that will be used to construct the final pieces that we will mount on the car.

The splitter and rear quarter panels have been taken out and this are the pieces that will be used on the car.

The rear quarter panels came out of these "molds" and all these "molds" will be kept and can be re-used.

The rear is a but wider than from the beginning, the f-t-f measurement between the outside of the rear wheels is 198cm/78" (130cm/51" gap between the rear wheels)
