Hallo
Ölthreads gibts hier zu hauf. Geh mal in die Suchfunktion.
Allgemein sollst du ein Öl nehmen mit hohem Zinkanteil , falls du nicht alles auf Rollers umgerüstet hast.
Und das haben zumeist nur mineralische Öle, kaum Syntetische.
Quantität ist weniger als man meint. Mit nem 5 L Kanister hast du genug, wiederrum abhängig von der Ölwanne.
