Have you decided to order goods yourself from a shop in the USA, or e.g. to bid on eBay USA?
But the seller only offers shipping within the USA, or the shipping costs to Germany are extremely high?

1. Please simply register yourself for the service using the link below (“register”)

2. You will receive an email with the delivery address to be used in the USA, including your personal customer assignment number

3. You order/buy the goods and ensure that the delivery address given is used exactly as given

4. As soon as it is available, send us the invoice for the goods ordered, alternatively also a proof of payment, for example the PayPal receipt. No customs clearance is possible without a receipt!

If the value of the goods exceeds approx. $700, a down payment on the expected customs and import sales tax costs is required. This is due approx. 10 days before the container arrives. You will receive a provisional order from us in which the sum is shown.

5. You will usually receive shipping information (tracking number) from the seller. If you did not receive this automatically, it always makes sense to ask the seller about it. You forward this to us so that you and we can trace the arrival of the goods at the warehouse, even if they were not labeled correctly, for example.

6. After the goods arrive at the warehouse, they are checked for obvious damage and then stored. Then it is loaded into the next outgoing container. You can always find the next loading date as a countdown on the website

7. We send goods receipt documents at regular intervals. Please note that these are not sent in "real time".

8. If goods arrive late or are split up, they simply remain in the warehouse until the next container.

It is important to notify us, otherwise goods that were not (yet) in the container may also be declared and taxed.

9. Please check the website for regular updates regarding the arrival and unloading of each container. Shortly before the respective container is unloaded, please let us know whether you would like to pick it up (we cannot send any notifications if there are sometimes more than 100 customers per container). Otherwise we will automatically send the cheapest way.
In some cases, however, we also reserve the right to only ship the goods after the invoice has been settled, especially when shipping abroad
