Hab meine C5 gerade nicht zur Hand...
Daher die Antwort aus dem Corvette Action Center:
Based on production year, it may be in 3 different locations.
First, the rear cargo covers, usually the right one, on the underside.
Under the center console lid, or on the inside of the glove box door.
